Global and National Security subject matter expert and prior member of the US Intelligence Community’s Senior Leadership Corps. Jerry is certified as both a Senior Intelligence Officer and National Security/Intelligence Attorney.

He has written high-level US (White House), International (NATO), Defense, and USIC national security policies and directives.

His career encompasses private sector and Federal service: Global Security Strategic Advisor operating under National Nuclear Security Administration contract; national security consultant for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS); homeland security consultant to the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA); senior intelligence officer and representative to the National Security Council (NSC); US Head of Delegation for Identity at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO); and General Counsel to the National Ground Intelligence Center.

US Navy veteran and Judge Advocate. Honors graduate with a specialty in international and national security law from Georgetown Law.
