Gregg joined The Aerospace Corporation in 2016. He served as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff in the NNSA Defense Mission Assurance Directorate within the Civil Systems Group, where he provides industry, technology, and product leadership in areas including microelectronics, space and radiation hardening, and microelectronics trust and security.

Gregg then joined SkyWater Technology as a Senior Director for the US Government business. His roles include the radiation hardened technologies and proprietary government programs.

Last year, Gregg returned to supporting the US Government. As an Independent Consultant, he contributes to US Government agencies with technology assessments, industry trade studies, supply chain evolution, economics of industry, long term and strategic planning, customer needs assessments, and program planning.

He received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Gregg worked at Honeywell for over 20 years in microelectronics roles including engineering, program management, marketing, technology and product development, and business leadership. He led Honeywell’s establishment of their 200mm (8”) line and 150nm rad-hard technology. As the Microelectronics Product Line Director, he was responsible for technology and product development, customer funded development, and product life cycle management.
