Bong Gumahad is a national security systems development consultant. He served as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) as Director of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers/Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance Division in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. He was responsible for the acquisition oversight of the Intelligence Community’s Major Systems Acquisitions and the acquisition portfolio manager of major DOD communications systems, command & control, and related ground-based intelligence production, exploitation, and dissemination systems. He stood up the Defense Microelectronics Cross Functional Team and served as its inaugural Director.  Mr. Gumahad is also a United States Air Force retired Colonel.
