Daric Matthew Guimary has over a decade of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry as an Electronics Engineer and Program Manager.

While at the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), Mr. Guimary served in a variety of roles, including as the Enterprise Program Manager, responsible for modernizing DMEA’s operations and maintaining multiple compliance programs across the Enterprise.

Mr. Guimary also served as the Office of Research & Technology Applications Program Manager, developing partnerships and agreements with industry and academia. Mr. Guimary has led the implementation and facilitation of multiple semiconductor inspection and analysis laboratories, including a state-of-the-art X-ray microscopy laboratory. Mr. Guimary has nearly a decade of experience in Microelectronics/semiconductors, specifically in reverse engineering, failure analysis, fault isolation, anti-counterfeit inspection/detection, and quality.

Most recently Mr. Guimary has served as an Electronics Engineer team lead for the Electro-Optics/Infrared (EOIR) IPT in Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Sector, Apex Division, managing a portfolio of 3 different EOIR subsystems.
