His work spans leading institutions such as Varian Medical Systems, Ohio State University, UT Southwestern, Inova Health System, and UNC.
James has an in-depth understanding of proton accelerator systems, having delivered five proton accelerators and contributed to three carbon-ion accelerator projects. His expertise extends to system subcomponents, supply chains, and technical requirements, with a strong track record in high-energy accelerator projects.
As a recognized authority, James has been a sought-after speaker at industry conferences since 2017. He’s also consulted for the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, advising on gene therapy risks.
